SDI-B has a three-layered Governance Structure with the powers, functions and duties laid down in MoA & rules of SDI-B. It consists of General Body, Governing Council & Executive Committee. In the General Body, Director (HR) of IOCL acts as the Society’s Chairman and remaining Oil PSUs Director (HR) act as GB’s members. All Director (HR) of eight Oil PSUs act as GC’s members.
