Food and Beverage Service - Steward course is a comprehensive industry-aligned course that provides students with necessary skills and knowledge required to work in the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry. The course curriculum, compliant to NSQF and industry requirements covers various aspects such as food service equipment, styles of food service, menu planning, order taking and billing methods, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phraseology and customer relationship management, health, hygiene, and safety at the workplace. Students are introduced to French culinary terms and cover menu planning also. Upon completion of the course, students get skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service in food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry.
