This Center of Excellence (CoE) in manufacturing technologies has been set-up to address industry skill gap in Engineering, Product Design & Development and Advanced Manufacturing in collaboration with Siemens Industry Software (India) Private Ltd. (SISW), a strategic business unit of Siemens AG, Germany. The centre consisting of eight labs capable of training students/professionals on entire product lifecycle management (PLM), offers industry ready programmes like Designer Mechanical, CNC Programmer, IoT Software analyst, to name a few. From product design to simulation to manufacturing through utilisation of industry leading software like Siemens NX, Simcenter, Teamcenter and Mindsphere, these high-end labs have the potential to cater to the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry.
