Schneider Electric SE, a French multinational company has set-up this state-of-the art Center of Excellence (CoE) in the areas of Electricity, Automation and Energy management. Among the largest centres of its kind in India, the Centre is equipped with best-in-class equipment and cutting-edge technology. It offers specialised courses broadly in two segments - Smart Buildings & Homes and Smart Energy. Courses like Industrial Automation Specialist, Building Automation Specialist, Advance Diploma in Automation (SCADA & PLC programmer), Solar PV Installer are few offerings from this centre. As a member of International Solar Alliance (ISA), Schneider Electric has set up one Solar Technology Application Resource Center (STAR-C) to train youth in the field of solar technology. The centre caters to the skilled resource requirement of industries, develops trained faculty for effective training delivery as well as meets the requirement of corporates for technological upgradation of their existing workforce.
